When I was 21, I looked for my first apartment on my own and realized how confusing and complicated the housing process could be even for a local Korean. Every agent said something different, and I often felt unsure who to trust.

Years later, while studying at university, I heard that some of my international friends had been scammed when renting homes in Seoul. That moment brought back all my memories of stress and confusion. I thought if it was that difficult for me, how much harder must it be for foreigners living in Korea?

That’s how Find a Seoul Home began. Our goal is to make renting in Korea safe, simple, and transparent. We verify every listing, translate legal documents, and guide our clients step by step — from online video tours to contract signing.
